eni CLADIUM 50 ID is a detergent lubricant formulated from an additive-treated highquality base stock. It is suitable for use as crankcase oil in large crosshead engines with oilcooled pistons. It can also be used as a stern tube lubricant.
eni CLADIUM 50 ID is extremely stable, particularly resistant to thermal cracking and
oxidation, and has high detergent properties. These effectively prevent the formation of
carbon, lacquer and deposits in the hottest parts of the pistons of crosshead engines and
in the crankcase, thus preserving the cooling efficiency of the circuit.
